Privacy Policy
How Couple collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information — including event recordings, AI processing by MatchMaker, and the privacy rights you can exercise at any time.
Couple is committed to handling your personal information openly and responsibly. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have — and works alongside our Terms of Service.
Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Couple, Inc. (“Couple,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information when you use the Couple platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Policy.
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked from the Service.
Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide directly

Audio and video recordings
By entering a Couple event, you consent to being recorded during speed dates and interactions. These recordings are made by Couple and are used to power MatchMaker’s AI matching and coaching features, to generate your MatchMaker Report, and to develop and improve our AI models and technology. Where you provide separate social media consent through the post-date consent flow, recordings may also be used for promotional and commercial purposes. You may withhold social media consent for any individual date without affecting your ability to use the Service. Consent to recording for AI and operational purposes is a condition of participating in Couple events.
